When you have decided to start a business, it is very important for you to find out laws that govern you as a consumer. This is because there are some companies which take advantage of the fact that many consumers are not aware of the laws that govern them so they end up being misused. consumer law is implemented to ensure that the consumer is not misused or given products that are of low quality because of ignorance. There are certain rules and regulations that govern the general consumer in terms of making payments and also receiving warranties for their products. Some companies will only write their warrant but may refuse to give them to you once the product has stopped working, so it is upon the law of consumers to ensure that this is avoided for the benefit of both parties involved. As a producer of certain goods, be aware of the laws which cover your kind of business so that you can prevent yourself from illegal traps that follow once those laws are mishandled.
