FF or Follow Friday on Twitter What Does That Mean

I can't seeing FF on twitter and was wondering what it meant so I went on Google and found out it meant follow Friday. This is went on Friday you recommend someone for all the rest to follow, but I hope it's not off the cliff. I have been into computers that basically since the first personal PC came out and never see how people can become fanatics of social sites. I guess it's like when I drove an 18 wheeler or semi truck and trailer that on the CB they kept talking like a foreign language. So how to ff on twitter, I guess this is one you will have to go online to find out because I still don't understand the language they were using on the CB! Too many technical terms for these social sites for me, anyway the other person I follow as myself. Why follow someone when you don't know where they're going and especially when they don't know where they're going. I guess if you like these type sites then it matters more to you than to me.
