Vince Got Promoted As An IT Technician

Vince has been working as a call center agent for about two years before he got promoted as an internal IT professional. Vince told us that his promotion was something that he has worked on for quite some time. Vince is a graduate of Bachelor Of Science In Information Technology and a job at the local IT department is a job come true for him. When there was an opening at the local IT for an IT personnel he readily applied for the local posting. His team leader back then was very supportive and when he finally got the job he ended up treating him and the rest of his old team mates to pizza. It seems like Vince is one heck of an IT technician, questions such as how to connect four monitors together under one central processing unit is a piece of cake for him. Lance who is studying part time while working actually go to him for help with his assignments. Vince is only too happy to help plus the promise of free lunch certainly adds to the enthusiasm.
